1.1. The website www.nofgo.co.il is the official website of Nofey Gonen Holiday Village, which is owned by Nofey Gonen Ltd. (hereinafter: "Nofey Gonen").
1.2. All users of this site, declare that they have read the contents of these Terms & Conditions, and that they agree unequivocally to all of its instructions and terms, and that it and/or its agents, any claim and/or claim and/or claim, directly and/or indirectly, against the site and/or any of its owners and/or any of its administrators and/or its agents and/or Nofey Gonen.
1.3. Some of the content of this site is worded for convenience only, but is intended for both women and men.
1.4. The user declares that the information presented on the Site and/or any part thereof is the sole property of Nofey Gonen, that Nofey Gonen is the copyright owner of the information and/or any part thereof, that it undertakes to use the information on the Website for its own personal use and not to copy, photograph, reproduce, transmit, print or publish the information on the Website, whether owned by Nofey Gonen or third parties, and/or part thereof to any person and/or anybody without the prior written consent of Nofey Gonen, except for non-commercial personal information purposes.

2. Risks and Responsibilities
2.1. The user hereby declares that he knows that the use of a website involves many risks, both because of the technology involved and human factors operating through the internet.
2.2. The user is solely and fully responsible for any use he or she makes of the information.
2.3. The information is for the user's personal use only and its use, including any reliance on it, is the sole responsibility of the user. Among other things, the user declares that he is aware that the images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and that there may be changes between their presentation on the computer screen and in reality.
2.4. The information is displayed on the site as is ("as is") and Nofey Gonen is not responsible for tailoring the information to the user's needs and is not responsible for the user for his inability to use the information for any reason. 3. Hosting reservation
3.1. general
3.1.1. The user may use this site solely for the purpose of ordering and purchasing services and/or obtaining information. This site may not be used for any other purpose.
3.1.2. Booking a room / accommodation in the Nofey Golan Resort is possible by calling the resort's Reservation Center by phone: 04-6955220 or through this website.
3.1.3. Anyone booking through this site is required to enter their personal information, including ID or passport and credit card numbers, as well as details of all those staying with it.
3.2. Service Purchaser Details
3.2.1. When purchasing the services through the Website and placing the order as set out below, the user will be required to enter his personal details on the system.
3.2.2. The site owners and/or any of their operators and/or their owners and/or their managers and/or their representatives are not responsible for the mistake made by the user in typing the purchase details, including an error in choosing the holiday package, date, number of beds and any other service requested by the buyer through the Website, and/or any warranty directly or indirectly in the event that the purchase Information fails to receive on the system and/or any technical and/or other problems preventing the buyer from purchasing services through the Website.
3.2.3. Entering false purchase information is a criminal offense and will take legal action against false details, including damages that may be caused, to Nofey Gonen and/or the site and/or its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or its agents.
3.2.4. The user declares that he is aware that upon entering the purchase details he will be included in the Nofey Gonen database. Nofey Gonen may use the purchase information to improve the services it offers to the user on the site and to contact the user via regular mail, e-mail as well as any other means of communication and adapting the site to his personal needs and preferences.
3.3. How to order
3.3.1. The user will place an order on the site using the credit card. Payment will be made in cash or credit card upon check-in to the rooms.
3.3.2. After entering the credit card information, a confirmation of the order receipt will be send to the user's e-mail address.
3.3.3. This message should be printed and brought with you to confirm the order. Please note that the credit card information entered through the Website is for the purpose of securing the reservation only.
4. Terms & Conditions
4.1. The prices on the site are in shekels and include VAT.
4.2. Nofey Gonen may change the room reservation conditions and package prices at any time.
4.3. Nofey Gonen may change the site policy from time to time without notifying the user in advance. Nofey Gonen will publish on the site the new terms and their validity will be published.
4.4. Nofey Gonen may close the site and change from time to time the structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of the services and content provided therein, and any other aspect of the site and its operation and all without having to notify the user in advance. The user declares that he will have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against Nofey Gonen in connection therewith.
4.5. There are no multiple offers and discounts. (errors and omissions excepted)
4.6. Arrival & Departure:
4.6.1. Check -in for the resort: On weekdays from 15:00. On Saturday from 17:00.
4.6.2. Check out from the resort: On weekdays until 11:00. On Saturday or Holidays until 14:00. This is only if otherwise compatible with the Reservation Department, in writing.
4.6.3. Arrival and/or departure before/after the above mentioned hours is subject to additional fees and subject to prior approval of the Reservation Department, in writing.
4.7. Baby: Up to 2 years old. Child: From 2 years to 12 years old.
4.8. The pictures on the site are for illustrative purposes only and do not bind Nofey Gonen.
4.9. Only the laws of the State of Israel will apply to this agreement. The sole jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and the use of the Website is in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
5.Reservation Cancellation

6. Various requests
6.1. Animals are not allowed into the rooms and grounds of the resort.
6.2. No additional guests can be booked beyond the reservation without obtaining the approval of Nofey Gonen Reservation department in advance. Bringing guests to the resort village complex Nofey Gonen and/or using its services without prior agreement, overnight accommodation and/or day stay will be charged an additional fee.
6.3. Equipment must not be removed from the guest rooms and chalets.
6.4. Loud music and/or sound amplification systems should not be operated in the resort area.
7. Keeping the place
7.1. The buyer undertakes on his behalf and on behalf of all the other guests to maintain the place and not to cause any damage to the site or any negligence on the site, including all its equipment, in both the resort and the surrounding garden.
7.2. The buyer confirms that in the event of any damage, the above credit card will be charged the full cost of the damage.

4. Terms & Conditions

4.3. Nofey Gonen may change the site policy from time to time without notifying the user in advance. Nofey Gonen will publish on the site the new terms and their validity will be published.
4.4. Nofey Gonen may close the site and change from time to time the structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of the services and content provided therein, and any other aspect of the site and its operation and all without having to notify the user in advance. The user declares that he will have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against Nofey Gonen in connection therewith.

5.Reservation Cancellation
Cancellation fee in normal season
Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date - no charge.
A guest who cancels a holiday booking less than 3 days before arrival will be charged the first night.
Cancellation fee in August and on holidays
Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date - no charge
A guest who cancels a holiday reservation less than 7 days before arrival will be charged the first night.
6. Various requests
